HEART NATION online book club is an initiative of volunteers at Transition Australia who are keen to share thoughts on books about the Uluru Statement from the Heart, the Voice, and related matters. The idea is to invite anyone interested to connect online once a month for just half an hour so that people with work commitments can fit it into their lunch hour.
The first session will be Thursday 29 June 12noon -12.30pm AEST when we will discuss The Voice to Parliament Handbook: All the Detail You Need, by Thomas Mayo & Kerry O’Brien (2023 Hardie Grant Explore) 96 pages.

At the second session on Thursday 20 July 12noon -12.30pm AEST we’ll discuss Finding the Heart of the Nation by Thomas Mayo (2nd Edition 2022, Hardie Grant Explore).

Participants can choose the books for discussion on 3rd Thursday in August, September and October.

People are encouraged to come along even if they haven’t yet read the book.
