About Us
Transition Creswick has worked to build a more resilient and connected local community. We run community dinners and film or presentation nights, a food swap, boomerang bags, garden blitzes and have engaged our local council on issues of waste, recycling and home energy issues. We have also helped secure solar for our local community centre.
