About the workshops
Presented by experienced facilitators Paul Shelton, convenor of Transition Australia, and clinical psychologist and activist Dr. Bronwyn Gresham. Over four workshops, you will build skills, awareness and experience in how to maintain your own resilience in the face of climate change and other stressors.

Background
The world is changing. The COVID pandemic demonstrated how swiftly community cohesion, safety and mental wellbeing can be challenged. Community leaders are vital to maintain support and ‘community glue’ in challenging times.

As activists and leaders, we need to maintain resilience. With years, if not decades, of climate chaos locked in, we invite you to take time to build your personal and organisational skills.

What you learn in the workshops will help you stay centered and able. We will also explore how to support our organisations and those people within them in times of challenge.
