Transition Streets is about joining with others in our community to make our homes and our streets more sustainable. We can all make a difference.
Join us weekly on Zoom and discuss ways of how we can create a vision for a better future looking at:
water; energy; food; transport; waste and consumption while re-imagining the type of community we want to live in.
