Sustainable Bayswater has partnered with the electrification experts at Rewiring Australia, which was co-founded by Dr Saul Griffith. Our goal is to transition the City of Bayswater’s energy use from fossil fuels to cheaper and cleaner electricity.
Over 40% of Australia’s domestic emissions come from our homes. An electric home is one that has replaced all fossil fuel based appliances and cars, with efficient electric versions powered on renewable energy.
Electrifying your home and vehicle will save you money. The average Australian household will save around $3,500 every year and will reduce its household emissions to almost zero! (Rewiring Australia)
