About Us
We are a community group based in the City of Vincent, an inner city municipality located near Perth, Western Australia. Established in 2013 as Transition Town Mount Hawthorn, we rebranded in 2018 in recognition of our broadening spatial influence. Even now, many of our members are located outside the City of Vincent.
