Kaya. Welcome to the Transition Town Vincent (TTV) website. We are based in and around the City of Vincent, an inner city local government located adjacent Boorloo (Perth), the capital of Western Australia.
Our Boodjar is Whadjuk Noongar country and includes such landmarks as Galup (Lake Monger) and the Derbal Yerrigan (the Swan River estuary).
