There are many ways you can Get Involved

Sometimes it can feel as if there is little one can do as an individual, but the power of a community working and playing together should never be underestimated.

There are so many wonderful initiatives and groups in town working towards the ideals of Transition.

With our Recycling Hub and individuals acting as collection points for recyclables that cannot go in our Shire bins, Community Gardening, Produce Swaps, Creative and Community events, Blackwood Events for the Earth, local businesses……the list goes on! There are many ways for you to get involved.

For example, you might like to join the Recycling Networking Group, BET- Bridgetown Energy Transition, Intergenerational Gatherings.

If you are not in a position to volunteer your time there are still many ways you can get involved.
