About Us

ACF Community Sunbury formed two years ago and is part of a network of independently organised, volunteer-run groups in the Australian Conservation Foundation community.
We advocate for the protection and conservation of the environment, climate action and sustainable living at local, state and federal levels of government. We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month to plan events and actions. Since our formation we have hosted sustainability themed screening nights, held information stalls, attended climate action rallies in Melbourne, attended Hume City Council meetings, written letters on environmental issues to engage Members of State and Federal Parliament and participated in local planting groups.
