Repair Cafe Albury-Wodonga

Repair Café Albury-Wodonga is a free community-run service to help people repair household items. Visitors bring their broken goods and together with specialists such as bike mechanics, woodworkers and fabric repairers, they begin fixing. Up to twenty volunteers help out each session with an 80% repair success rate. Items include:

  • Furniture/woodwork
  • Battery-operated appliances
  • Clothing/textiles
  • Bicycles
  • Books
  • Blunt garden tools e.g. secateurs, shears
  • Scratched DVD-CDs
  • Costume jewellery (selected dates only)

The Repair Cafe operates 10.00am-1.00pm on the first Saturday of each month (except January). No bookings necessary.
